The organizer or lecturer is not responsible for the visitors’ items such as clothes, valuables, and money.

We reserve a place in classes, courses or other paid events only after payment. We cannot reserve a seat without payment.
You need to come to the lessons/courses on time - at least 10 minutes before they start.
Participation in group classes must be canceled three hours before the start in case of day/evening lessons, and before 22:00 the day before in case of morning lessons.
Participation in a private lesson must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If the customer cancels later, Innsaei Yoga Studio will not refund any missed class.
Yoga Studio Innsaei is not responsible for changes in work, social, or health status of the client.
It is also released from liability in case of extraordinary events or circumstances, or traffic jams in Prague.
You can purchase subscriptions (for 4, 8 or 12 lessons). This entitles you to more advantageous entry to lessons.
You can pay for subscriptions in cash at the Studio or at home through the reservation system by transferring the amount to account 2002528764/2010. Subscriptions to the studio are non-refundable and have an expiration date (subscription for 4 and 8 classes is valid for a month, subscription for 12 classes is valid for one and a half months).

Individual lesson - 1000 CZK
A trial lesson can be visited once if you come to our studio for the first time. Any subscription can be frozen for 7 days.
Payment for classes and subscriptions is non-refundable. In case of timely cancellation the payment can be transferred to another lesson.
Yoga Studio Innsaei reserves the right to give discounts for classes and memberships at its sole discretion.
Yoga courses and master classes
Innsaei yoga studio periodically hosts yoga courses for beginners and various master classes related to yoga.
Payment for each course and master class is assigned individually for each course and master class.
Place on the beginners course is reserved upon 50 percent upfront payment, the remaining 50 percent must be paid on the first day of the course or earlier.
Upfront 50% are refundable if canceled 10 or more days before the start of the course. If the cancellation occurs later, the payment is refunded only on the condition that the client himself finds another participant in his seat.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the issue of a refund is discussed personally, usually in the form of an exchange for classes in our studio.
A place in the master class can be reserved with full payment. Participation in the master class one day in advance.
If this is done later, the payment will not be refunded or transferred.
In case of timely cancellation, payment can be transferred to the next master class or to other classes.
By making a reservation for a class/course/master class, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this document.
