Innsaei Privacy PolicyWe, Yoga Studio Innsaei (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio") store personal data about Clients in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic. The processing of personal data about Clients is necessary for the implementation of measures taken before a person’s registration for a class. We process the personal data that you provided to us as part of registration for a class. We declare that we have taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect this personal data.


The purpose of processing personal data is to manage the User Account in order to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Client and our Studio, i.e. within the framework of the agreement, as well as ensuring the conduct of classes and Seminars on the basis of partial agreements and providing an overview of the status of the Client's subscription. If consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, we will be forced to immediately terminate the membership in the Studio. The purpose of processing personal data in relation to the e-mail address is also to send marketing messages, including business messages - familiarization with our Studio and development support. Consent to receiving the newsletter can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by writing a private message to the Studio on Instagram or Telegram.


Our Studio stores personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the client and our Studio, and to file claims in connection with this contractual relationship (for 10 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship). We will delete the customer's personal data after the retention period has expired. If the Client does not book the classes or the Seminar within 3 years, then it will be considered that the Client is not interested in the Services provided by our Studio, and therefore his personal data will be deleted.


In accordance with the conditions set out in the legal regulations, the customer has the right to access his personal data, the right to correct personal data or restrict processing, the right to delete personal data, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. In addition, the client has the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if he considers that his rights have been violated.
Recipients of personal data are persons providing services to ensure the functioning of the Booking System and other services related to this.
