Yoga Nidra

Yoga is performed in the Shavasana pose, the emphasis is on free breathing and relaxation of the body. Then we move on to visualization and approach the borderline state (state close to sleep), which we hold and deeply relax. Nidra is useful for insomnia or other sleep disorders.
