Hatha yoga
01.
The classic type of yoga, the ancestor of all other yoga types. The slow practice of asanas with a few breathing cycles during each. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Hatha yoga with Tibetan bowls
02.
Energetic practice to strengthen the muscles of the core, legs and back. At the end of the practice — shavasana with the sounds of Tibetan bowls. Suitable for intermediate students.
Healthy back
03.
A practice consisting of asanas to strengthen the muscles of the back, get rid of pain in the spine and lower back. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Yoga therapy
04.
A very gentle practice aimed at working with the spine and joints. Special attention is also paid to meditation and breathing techniques. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Stretching yoga

A gentle yoga practice consisting of stretching asanas. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.

Yoga Nidra
08.
Yoga is performed in the Shavasana pose, the emphasis is on free breathing and relaxation of the body. Then we move on to visualization and approach the borderline state (state close to sleep), which we hold and deeply relax. Nidra is useful for insomnia or other sleep disorders. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Yoga for women

Soft and smooth practice for women's health. We focus on working with the pelvis and hip joints. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Restorative yoga

A deep, relaxing and slow practice in which we hold asanas for a long time. We relax, we feel our body and almost don’t strain our muscles. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Tantra yoga

The spiritual practice of yoga, slow and meditative, helps to slow down, thereby allowing you to immerse yourself and comprehend your deepest essence. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Kundalini yoga

Wide range of yogic techniques: dynamic and static exercises combined into special sequences (kriyas), pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudra, drishti (direction of gaze), bandhas (castles). Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Bottle Rocket Yoga
13.
A dynamic combination of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Practice for strength and stamina, so it is suitable for intermediate leveled students or for beginners who want to challenge their possibilities. Mindfulness meditation or mindfulness-based stress reduction. Consists of meditations, breathing practices and practices involving perception. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
