Classes are universal — the teacher gives easy, medium and difficult versions of positions, depending on your level.

Hatha yoga
01.
The classic type of yoga, the ancestor of all other yoga types. The slow practice of asanas with a few breathing cycles during each. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Vinyasa flow yoga
02.
Dynamic yoga with smooth transitions from one asana to another. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Ashtanga yoga
03.
Dynamic yoga practice with vinyasa transitions accompanied by breathing. Many sun salutations and power asanas. Suitable for intermediate students.
Smart yoga
04.
Hatha yoga, built on a harmonious balance between strength and softness, activation and relaxation. In this class, we learn 'smart movement', which means we suggest healthy movement patterns to our body that significantly improve the quality of life. Suitable for intermediate students.
Power yoga
05.
Dynamic hatha yoga with a focus on power asanas, with a few breathing cycles each. Suitable for intermediate students
Balancing yoga

Hatha yoga with a focus on balancing asanas and breathing. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate

Stretching of all muscles and ligaments. Non-standard exercises and a positive boost of energy. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate

Individual classes
One-on-one with coach
For those who need a one-on-one approach with a teacher. You can choose any kind of yoga and any teacher. The practice will be tailored to your request. Duration: 70-80 minutes. Cost — 1000 CZK.
Payment procedure: Payment for the rental must be transferred to the account one week before. You can also cancel the rental one week in advance, if canceled later — payment is not refundable
Description of the hall: The hall has everything you need for yoga (10 yoga mats, 6 yoga blocks, yoga straps, blankets)
Price: 200 CZK per hour. Discounts for rent from 5 hours — negotiated individually
Capacity: 3 people for yoga, 6 people for lectures / workshops
Payment procedure: Payment for the rental must be transferred to the account one week before. You can also cancel the rental one week in advance, if canceled later — payment is not refundable
Description of the hall: The hall has everything you need for yoga (15 yoga mats, 12 yoga blocks, yoga straps, blankets, pillows), a Bluetooth speaker, stands for candles and incense sticks
Price: 350 CZK per hour. Discounts for rent from 5 hours — negotiated individually
Capacity: 10 people for yoga, 20 people for lectures / workshops
